How Are You Leading? (Your people are watching.)
 

You’ve weathered the worst of the storm.  You’ve trimmed and cut -- and you’ve been careful not to “cut into the muscle.”  But there’s no “fat” left.  You’ve held on to your strongest people, and these contributors are poised to deliver results for you as things start to open up!

·      Some are exceptionally loyal, grateful to you for sticking by them through a tough time.  They know they have great potential, they are focused and “engaged,” and they’re ready to perform for you.  You took care of them, and they plan to repay you.
