Executive Coaching

Pamela joined the RCTaylor Group in the spring of 2006, after spending 25 years in the financial services industry. She has worked for preeminently global firms, where she excelled in the areas of leadership and management development. Pamela has extensive expertise in business management, leadership development, and executive coaching. Pamela holds an undergraduate degree in music education, and earned her MBA in management from St. Joseph's University. Pamela is certified in the Sherpa Executive Coaching process through the Executive Programs division of Penn State's Smeal College of Business.
